By downloading, installing, or using the Timemark application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

02 Description of Service

Timemark is a mobile application designed for professional offline photo and video verification. The service allows you to capture media with embedded metadata (such as time and GPS) stored strictly on your local device.

03 Privacy and Data

Your use of Timemark is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your personal verification data on our servers. You are solely responsible for the backup and security of the data stored on your device.

04 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Timemark. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

05 Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party web sites or services (such as Google Play Services or AdMob) that are not owned or controlled by Timemark. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

06 Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

07 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
